| Ceramic Encapsulated Pigment is Cadmium Red or Yellow pigment encapsulated in Zirconium etc.which can be used in Ceramic Glaze. |
| Encapsulating is help to preserve color at high temperature. So Inclusion Pigment can well used in low and high temperatures.the max firing temperature can reach 1350 Centigrade. |
According to different content of Selenium.the color is from Red to Orange to Yellow. |
The Characteristic of Encapsulated pigment is listed following:
1. Having good stabilization in the high temperature or low temperature
2. High Heat resistance.the max firing temperature is attainalility to 1350 ℃.
3. Without environmental pollution
4. The color is from Yellow to deep red.
5. Well used in Ceramic Glaze |
Instruction during application for Ceramic Encapsulated Pigments(Cd-Se-Zr-Si)
A: Melting glaze with high reflective rate enhances the color
B: An appropriate amount of Pbo added in the glaze can help to increase the brightness and lightness
C: Content of alkali metals should be below 5%. otherwise the stability of the coated phase will be affected
D: Avoid adding ZnO. and it is not suitable to be used with zirconium emulsion glaze
E: Content of SiO2 should be below 50%
F: Excessive grinding will affect the ability of color forming |

1. Having Goods stabilization
2.High heat resistance.usually use firing temperature is from 500℃ to 900℃.if having other special requirements.the firing temperature can attain to 1200℃.
3.Without environmental pollution
4.The color is from Yellow to Deep Red because of different Selenium content. |
